Question 1

What source material can I send?

Accepted Answer

You can send podcasts, webinars or presentations, coaching or client conversations, keynotes or talks, and other raw video. The client workspace accepts MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, AAC, FLAC, MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, or MPEG files. Audio files can be up to 500 MB each and video files up to 1 GB each.

Question 2

What is included in the monthly retainer?

Accepted Answer

The monthly retainer includes 12 captioned short-form videos. Editing is tailored to your voice and content.

Question 3

How long does a monthly batch take?

Accepted Answer

Each monthly batch has a fixed turnaround. The exact timing is discussed through your service inquiry.

Question 4

How much do I need to do before editing starts?

Accepted Answer

In the inquiry, share your business and content goals, preferred editing style, and publishing format. After onboarding, upload your source recordings to the client workspace. You do not need to make clips yourself: Brindlecut finds moments, shapes the story, and adds captions. You can also share links or notes about brand assets, or say that you have no separate brand assets.
